UNM Continuing Education:  Experimental Drawing and Mixed-Media Fall 2013
Beginners through advanced students and working artists
are welcome to join this exciting mixed-media drawing class.
We will develop a drawing through layers utilizing different grounds and mediums.  Drawing from objects, photos, and
abstract mark-makingto create layers of information with
various materials will allow you to develop a process that
is both formal and personal.  Space, value, color, composition,
and layering techniques will be discussed.  Learning to analyze
and look at the complexity in a drawing will enable you to
find the "surprise" in the drawing.
